Therefore we carefully choose all products for your meals. If possible we only use fresh regional products. A short list of our suppliers:

  • Game is from the regional woods and mountains brought by local hunters
  • Meat comes from the butchery Ott from Wiesmühl an der Alz
  • Salad, fruits and vegetables are from Grafetstetter Traunstein who buys at the Munich market hall
  • Beer and non-alcoholic beverages are from Auer Bräu Rosenheim (brewed according to the German Purity Law)
  • Bread and cakes are from our neighbour, Bakery Daiser or they are home made
